100% recommend! Absolute professional. I arrived home around 2:30 on a Sunday and immediately noticed the inside temp matched the outside temp. I called Cody at Loftis who was on another job and let me know he'd be over in the next few hours. Cody arrived to my house, diagnosed the issue within 5 minutes and fixed it immediately because he had parts with him. We have been homeowners for about 18 years. Our home was originally constructed at that time with the wrong size Heat Pump. After about 7 years of misery every time we changed seasons, we replaced the unit. 10 more years with 2nd unit and it went bad.
